TJS Recruitment began in 2014 out of the desire to contribute to the community by providing employment opportunities and to simply make a difference in society. We seek out reliable hardworking candidates suitable for our clients. We recognise the need for a more personalised personnel service that fills a void left by other temporary and permanent placement recruitment services. TJS Recruitment matches specific candidates with specific clients, saving businesses time and money, while providing for its candidates with honesty and honour. This requires a high level of communication and loyalty in order to provide our clients with the best possible service.
We understand how difficult it can be for candidates to get a response from companies after having applied for a position. This is where we come in by handling all applications on behalf of our clients so as to ensure a quick response to each candidate. We are also aware of the fact that a particular candidate may not be suitable for one particular position, but could be an ideal match for another. We like to pass on advice and guidance for CV’s, Covering Letters and Interviews to help people secure that perfect position. Even though clients will secure temporary employment through ourselves, we will keep in touch regularly to ensure everything is going well, and the role meets their expectations.
